Passport Offer Details & Restrictions

Each person needs their own Passport. Activate within six months of purchase; your Passport is then valid for 30 consecutive days. Opening or previewing it does not activate it.

Each business’s offer can be redeemed once per Passport. Passports cannot be transferred after activation.

To redeem, open your digital Passport on your phone and tap Redeem with staff present. Screenshots and the QR code on your Zeffy ticket cannot be used to redeem offers.

Mention your Passport when booking. Offers are subject to availability, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions. Taxes and gratuities are excluded from discounts.

Passport purchases are non-refundable. Participating businesses and offers may change. Check the current offer in your Passport before booking or visiting.
